You Could Say Coaching Found Me . . .
In less than 10 years, I had worked my way up the corporate ladder from
origins in administration to negotiating contracts for international
business expansion. Despite earning a six figure income, traveling
internationally, and the acknowledgements of my exemplary contributions I
could no longer ignore the gnawing feelings that life could be so much
more. Then, in early 2001 I was laid off.
I was at a choice point.
Was I going to play it safe, run out and immediately replace my income
with whatever I could find?
Or was I going to take some time and look for something deeply
satisfying?
Tempus Fugit, Carpe Diem and All That
I decided to stop waiting. Now was the time. I took off in hot pursuit
and blazed a trail to find the missing link.
What I discovered was that behind every interaction there is a
universal energy that, when understood and properly utilized, allows you
to attract more of what you want, while diminishing what you don't want.
I changed my focus from what I didn't have to what I did have - and I
started reaching for more. I learned how to unlock my potential, maximize
my success, and increase the fun I was having along the way.
Turns out, being laid off was one of the best things that ever happened
to me!

When I'm not helping women bring out the best in themselves…
I'm likely to be off on an adventure exploring something new and
exciting. I'm a bit of a Travel Bug. I adore the Caribbean and British
Islands but South Africa was probably the most exciting place I've been,
with Amsterdam coming in a close second and India definitely takes the
cake for being the most culturally diverse!
I also enjoy decorating and fashion. I dabble in faux painting and love
pulling together the entire look and feel of a room with color, texture
and furniture to create a beautiful and functional space.
I've always felt that my passion for fashion and personal style
wonderfully supports my passion for helping women re-create themselves as
they emerge on the other side of their "Life Makeover."
